Introduction
- The promoter of this promotion (Promotion) is The Royal Mint Limited of Llantrisant, Pontyclun, United Kingdom CF72 8YT (The Royal Mint, we, us and our).

- The Promotion involves The Royal Mint’s sale of bundles of certain commemorative products (Bundles, and each a Bundle).
- Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when they take part in the Promotion and purchase a Bundle.
- The purchase of any Bundle will also be subject to our Purchases terms and conditions (available at https://www.royalmint.com/terms/purchases/), and any other applicable terms and conditions which are listed in the Promotion’s webpages and/or your checkout journey, in the usual way.
The Bundles
- The Promotion is only available in respect of the Bundle category listed on the following page: https://www.royalmint.com/shop/mystery-coin-bundles/
- Each Bundle includes three specific, pre-determined products. The October Brilliant Uncirculated bundle contains a surprise combination of one standard 50p Brilliant Uncirculated coin, one coloured 50p Brilliant Uncirculated coin, and one standard £2 Brilliant Uncirculated coin. The October silver bundle contains a surprise combination of one coloured 50p silver Proof coin, one standard 1oz silver Proof coin, and one standard silver sixpence coin. The October historic bundle contains a surprise combination of one historic 50p coin, one historic threepence coin, and a one penny historic five-coin set. For the avoidance of doubt, each Bundle will always contain the same three products.
- To ensure an element of fun and mystery, the contents of each Bundle will not be disclosed by us on the product pages prior to purchase. However, we will provide indicative information sufficient to make an informed purchasing decision (e.g. product category, approximate retail value and so on).
- Bundles are sold as a single unit and cannot be split or exchanged for individual product value.
Limitation of liability
- All decisions made by The Royal Mint relating to this Promotion are final and binding.
- Under no circumstances, unless required or prohibited by law (in which case your rights are not affected), will
The Royal Mint:
- be responsible or liable for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the running of the Promotion; and
- be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, costs, expenses personal injury or death occurring as a result of this Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of The Royal Mint.
General
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, The Royal Mint may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude individuals from participating in the Promotion.
- The Royal Mint reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform used by The Royal Mint as part of the Promotion.
- Any licensors of licensed products forming part of this Promotion are not involved or partners to the management or execution of this Promotion and prize. Any Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with these third parties.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in The Royal Mint’s Privacy Policy.
- The Promotion will be governed by English and Welsh law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
